All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis.

In addition, if your account is cancelled by the company for violation of this Agreement or the attached Acceptable Use Policy, all payments to the Company become completely non-refundable.

The customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered.

If a customer files a chargeback or other payment dispute, they will be considered to violate this agreement and may be subject to collection action.

We are just an online charge collection portal. The satisfactory completion of the event is totally the event organisers responsibility.
